Jess Glynne's 'Hold My Hand' has remained the UK's number one single for a second week.

The song earned combined chart sales of just over 80,000 in its second week of sales, as well as 1.6 million streams.

Ed Sheeran and Rudimental's 'Bloodstream' takes the second spot, climbing 24 places from last week, as James Bay's 'Hold Back the River' falls to number three.

Years & Years claim the most streamed song of the week with 'King' at number four, and 'Uptown Funk' by Mark Ronson rounds out the top five singles.

'Elastic Heart' by Sia takes number 10 and earns the singer her sixth UK top 10 single, while 'Beautiful Me' by Dappy debuts at number 19.

Sia then makes a second appearance in the chart as 'Chandelier' lands at 29 - which marks its 40th consecutive week in the top 40.

Olly Murs's 'Seasons' debuts at 34, while 'Cheerleader' by OMI enters the chart at 37 on streaming figures alone ahead of its official release on May 3.

Former X Factor contestant Luke Friend completes the top 40 with his first single 'Hole in My Heart'.
