The talented singer, fingerstyle guitarist and recording artist is part of an all-Coventry line-up at Monday’s Warwick Folk Club when she shares the billing with Rob Armstrong and Sheila Rigg.

Rob is internationally famous as a guitar maker and many leading names in the world of folk have owned and played his finely-crafted instruments with the distinctive letter A symbol on the headstock.

No mean player and singer himself, his repertoire covers Bob Dylan, lively country-blues and his own idiosyncratic songs, often delivered with a dry sense of humour and accompanied by Sheila’s accomplished double-bass playing and ripostes to Rob’s jokes.

The evening at the Warwick Arms Hotel is hosted by Norman Wheatley, a regular of the Coventry folk scene in the 1970s and presenter of Mercia Folk on Mercia Sound in the early 80s. Find out more from 01926 403228.
