GLAM rockers The Darkness will be at the Kasbah on June 4.
The three-time Brit Award winners will perform tracks from their hugely successful debut Permission to Land as well as their latest album Hot Cakes.
The band shot to fame with their smash hit track I Believe in a Thing Called Love, but took a break in 2006 when lead singer Justin Hawkins suffered with health problems.
But they made a triumphant return at Download Festival in 2011 and the Isle of Wight Festival a year later.
And now they are embarking on a tour that will take them across the United States and Europe.
“Their live shows have been particularly popular since they came back onto the scene in 2011 and with one of our high energy crowds it is going to be a big night,” said Thanos Staikos, promotions manager at the Kasbah.
“The Darkness are only playing two UK shows on this current tour so to have Coventry as one of them is fantastic.”
Tickets for the 14+ show are on sale now priced at £23.
