Tinie Tempah, Underworld and Chase and Status are just three of the acts due to play the 3-day event at Long Marston Airfield near Stratford.

As usual the police will be out in force targeting drug users and dealers.

Last year they ended up detaining professionals like teachers, doctors and taxi drivers and had to informa regulatory bodies, so putting their careers at risk.

The amount of crime dropped last year, with 274 people questioned, most for drugs. There were also two stabbings.

National drug charity Addaction will be there with advice – their lady Kirsten Lord says the issue is emotive at the moment given the tragic death of Amy Winehouse:

“There are consequences in people’s lives, they may be medical consequences or life-long consequences with people’s careers.

“We take the opportunity to actually explain what the substances do to them, the effects they can have on the body and also make sure that we get across any safety information about keeping them safe.”
