COVENTRY’S Belgrade Theatre is gearing up for a busy year with plenty of shows in January alone.

The Circus of Horrors returns to the Main Stage on January 20, celebrating its 25th anniversary – the sensational cast, accompanied by rock ‘n’ roll anthems, stormed the final of Britain’s Got Talent.

January 21 sees the Roy Orbison and the Travelling Wilburys Experience head to the venue and

The evening pays tribute to Jeff Lynne, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison and Bob Dylan, and showcases iconic songs like Mr Blue Sky, Pretty Woman and Here Comes The Sun.

On January 22 the Magic of Motown makes a dazzling return.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the sound of a generation, with firm favourites from Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder and more, including Mr Postman, Stop In The Name of Love and Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.

Here’s What She Said To Me – combining drama with poetry, music and movement – graces the Belgrade from January 27 to 29.

The moving story of daughters and mothers in the world of migrations and shifting identities is conceived and directed by Mojisola Elufowoju and written by Oladipo Agboluaje.

On the main stage the ultimate Moulin Rouge tribute, starring Strictly’s Robin Windsor, will be performed on January 27 with Whitney – Queen of Night on January 28.

The award-winning production features a sensational line up of musicians and artists, coming together to present a powerhouse performance showcasing three decades of music

You Win Again on January 29 – celebrating the music of the Bee Gees – brings down the curtain on the first month with plenty more in the pipeline for 2022.

Direct from London’s West End, this concert features favourites from the brothers including Night Fever and Stayin’ Alive, as well as hits they wrote for other artists like Celine Dion, Diana Ross and Dolly Parton.
