A Britain's Got Talent finalist will be performing at the Kasbah later this year.

Family favourite Micky P Kerr got to the final but lost out to Lost Voice Guy.

Micky, who started out his performing career as a musician playing the pub scene in South Milford, before taking up stand-up comedy just over four years ago, achieved support from all judges in the first round of the show.

The primary school teacher will now however be bringing his funny man jokes to Coventry.

He will be performing at the newly renovated club on Saturday November 24.

Micky, 36, will be on hand to ut a smile on your face with his hilarious guitar and jokes combo.

In his material, he talks about watching TV whilst drunk and his irrational hatred of celebrities, all of which made the public laugh out loud while watching the talent programme.

He has even performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and previously described the show as “an hour of comedy which involves: a guitar, some spoken word, some superbly written social analysis and a few crowd ‘sing a longs’. It’s all about laziness on a micro and macro level.”

Advance tickets will be available on Kasbah's website and See Tickets.
