Bournemouth have signed striker Callum Wilson on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Coventry City.

The 22-year-old scored 22 goals in 41 games for the Sky Blues, his hometown club, last season.

As part of the deal, Cherries winger Mohamed Coulibaly and goalkeeper Ryan Allsop will move to Coventry on loan until January.

"He fits the profile of the type of player we look to sign," manager Eddie Howe told the club website.

"I think he is at the perfect age to kick on. He had a very good season last year and he's 22 so hopefully his best seasons are ahead of him."
