Ken Dulieu leaves CCFC weeks after changing roles.
The club say Mr Dulieu has resigned from the position of Head of Football Operations and the decision was accepted unanimously and immediately.
It comes a week after Mr Dulieu caused controversy by appearing alongside coaches on the Sky Blues bench during their home game defeat against Hull.
The club have confirmed they are now looking for a replacement.
There has also been two more changes in the boardroom – John Clarke will remain as Vice Chairman but he will now be an independent director on one board: CCFC (Holdings) Limited. Tim Fisher will replace him on the Coventry City Football Club Ltd board and will represent the club’s major shareholder.
Tim Fisher commented: “This move of directors is simply for administrative efficiency. The board of the football club should include a representative of the owner and the Deputy Chairman as an independent director should be on the Holdings Board.”
