Ken Dulieu has resigned as chairman of Coventry City, although he will stay at the Championship club as head of football operations.
The ex-Southampton director replaced Ray Ranson as chairman in March.
He told the club website: "Right now my time and effort is best spent working with [manager] Andy Thorn and his team.
"With the January transfer window approaching, it's best for me to focus on how we can help Andy and not be distracted by other off-field matters."
