Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has told supporters he hopes to sign some players before the end of June.
Boothroyd told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "With a bit of luck, we should have two or three in before we start pre-season.
"I'm looking forward to going in and meeting all the players."
The former Watford boss will not have long to wait to return to Vicarage Road - City go there for their first away match in the Championship.
Boothroyd added: "I'm looking forward to going back there with Coventry City.
"I've got some wonderful, wonderful memories of my time at Watford.
"But it's on to pastures new now and I want to create some new memories with Coventry."
