Looking for a job

"What's your name?", the foreman asks the first man.
"Pat", says he.
"You're not a real Irishman because you would have said 'Patrick' " said the foreman. "No work for you".
"And what's your name?" he asks the second man.
"What's your name?", the foreman asks the first man.
