The contraceptive pill could soon be sold in pharmacies without prescription.

Here's an idea...

Why not just add the chemicals to all bottles of Lambrini and bars of chocolate? At least that way women won't 'forget' to take their daily dose.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
