Cucumber tarts

The next day he comes in again asking the same question "do you have any cucumber tarts?" Again the Baker apologises and again he leaves with a sigh.
Feeling sorry for the guy, the Baker decides to prepare 4 perfect little cucumber tarts in 4 sweet little pastry cases for the next day.
Sure enough, the chap goes into the bakery again the next day and asks "do you have any cucumber tarts?" This time the Baker proudly shows him the goods.
The chap has a real excitement on his face and says,
