At 30,000 feet aboard a British Airways flight, a stewardess came into the cabin and asked “Is there a Doctor here?”
I leapt to my feet and said “Yes”.
Performed a tracheotomy on a bloke with nothing more than a razor blade and a Bic pen.
He didn’t make it but
