I went round a corner a little faster than maybe I should have; but anyway...
I got round the corner and there was a woman pushing a pram across the road in front of me. I saw her, but due to my speed, couldn't stop in time.
I hit her. I couldn't help it.
screeching to a halt, I turned round to see the damage.
