Good and bad news

The doctor says, "I’ve have some bad news.... And some good news."
"Give me the bad news first" says the man.
So the doctor said, "You have less than a year to live."
"Oh no" said the man! "So what’s the good news?"
The doctor says. "You also have Alzheimer's.
