Doctor's neighbour

An old man, who was fussy about his health, lived next door to a doctor, whose life he made a complete misery. Not only was he hardly away from the surgery, but he would knock on his door late at night to ask for, 'something for stomach ache,' or, 'something for a sore throat.'

To the doctor's relief, the man died and was buried in the local graveyard. However, a short time later, the doctor was knocked down by a bus, and also died. By a strange quirk of fate, he was buried next to the grave of his former neighbour.

That night, the doctor heard a tapping on the side of his coffin, and a familiar voice said, 'Doctor,
Spoiler:
can you give me something for worms?'
