Doctor's neighbour

Not only was he hardly away from the surgery, but he would knock on his door late at night to ask for, 'something for stomach ache,' or, 'something for a sore throat.'
To the doctor's relief, the man died and was buried in the local graveyard. However, a short time later, the doctor was knocked down by a bus, and also died. By a strange quirk of fate, he was buried next to the grave of his former neighbour.
