Stock cubes

I didn't understand the colours so asked an assistant.
"What's the Red one?"
"Beef Stock" he said.
"How about the Yellow?"
"Chicken Stock" he replied.
"What about the Claret and Blue one?"
He replied "that's Crystal Palace cube.
