Pulled over

He says "I can't, I'm a severe asthmatic"
He's then asked for a blood sample but says "I can't, I'm a haemophiliac"
The cop is losing his shit and asks for a urine test.
"I can't" says the driver, "I'm diabetic"
"OK" says the cop, "Jump out and walk a straight line for me"
Driver says "I can't do that either...
