I went to hospital earlier to see the doctor.

"Sorry, the doctor is in the operating theatre at the moment I'm afraid" the receptionist advised.

Spoiler:
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that" I replied. "Is he going to be okay?"
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
