Meter reading

I had been waiting in all day to have my leccy meter read, when finally there was a knock at the front door.

I opened it but could not see anyone, then I heard a voice.

I looked down and saw this wee guy no bigger than 3ft.

I said, "Who the heck are you?"

To which he replied,
