Mick bangs his head quite badly and is talking gobbledygook so Paddy calls for an ambulance.
Paddy: .............Hello I need an ambulance please my mate Mick has crashed the car
Despatcher:.... OK sir is there anyone hurt
Paddy: .............Yes Mick's hurt his head and he's quite dazed and is talking jibberish
Despatcher: ....OK I take it he's not fully compas mentis then
Paddy:..............No,
