Car broke down

The RAC arrive but just can't get the car going again.
The AA arrive but same result.
Another man pulls up, approaches the driver and says "Try closing all the windows."
The man does so.
"Now restart your car" says the stranger.
Amazingly the car starts first time.
"Are you a mechanic?" the driver asks the stranger.
"Naw" he replies
