I went to see my doctor. “I need your help, doctor,” I said. “Whenever I make love to my wife, my head starts spinning, my legs go weak at the knees and I struggle to catch my breath. I’m worried that it could be something serious.”

“Well,” said the doctor, “I’m afraid symptoms like yours can happen during sex as you get older. Just remind me, how old are you?”

“Eighty nine.”

“And when did you first notice these symptoms?”
