The doc examines him and says, '' Here you are Paddy, these will sort you out '' and hands him a packet of suppositories.
Paddy has absolutely no idea what suppositories are or what to do with them but he is determined not to appear stupid so he just takes them and says, ''Thank you.''
He goes home and tells his wife that he has got suppositories, but she has no idea what to do either.
He tries swallowing one but it tastes disgusting and is too big to go down his throat.
The next week he is back at the doctors .
''Hello again Paddy'' says the doctor '' how are you getting on with the suppositories ?''
