A beautiful blonde woman visits the doctor, looking amazing with her hair and makeup done by a professional, wearing Gucci heels, a Versace dress, and a designer purse.
The doctor asks, "What seems to be the problem?"
She says, "I've been stung by a nasty insect of some kind, but I'm ashamed to tell you where."
