In view of the Government's recent decision to change the rules of borrowing to allow an increase in investment, I have decided to take a similar course of action with my bank to deal with my large overdraft.

I will no longer be in debt to the bank, instead, I will borrow more of their money to 'invest' in Carlsberg and British American Tobacco.

Wish me well in my first meeting with my bank today.
