Knock at the door

There was a knock on the door today.
"Good morning, Sir" said the bloke, "I'd like to.."
"No thanks" I said, "I'm not interested". I shut the door.
Straightaway there was a knock on the door again.
"Hello again, Sir" said the man, "I know you've been hasty but I couldn't help but notice.."
"Look, I said 'No' didn't I?!" I shouted, slamming the door in his face.
Knock knock knock knock knock knock.
Five minutes it went on for. I ignored it for as long as I could stand before ripping it open and punching the bloke to the floor.
"Just
off knocking will you?!" I screamed. "I have double glazing, I have life insurance, I've just changed my utility suppliers, my broadband is fast, my gutters are clear, I don't need Betterware and I give to charity. So stop knocking! What are YOU selling that I need?!"
Through his split lip he mumbled,
