An Irishman was travelling in a taxi from Manchester to the airport to catch a plane to Dublin. As it was a fairly long journey, the driver said, “To pass the time, I’ll tell you a riddle and see if you get the answer.”
“Fire away.” Replied Seamus.
“Brothers and sisters have I none, but this man’s father is my father’s son...who is it?”
Seamus pondered for a while and said, “I’ve no idea.”
The driver said, “It’s me! Think about it.”
Several hours later back home, Seamus said to his father, “See if you can guess the answer to this riddle father. Brothers and sisters have I none, but this man’s father is my father’s son...who is it?”
His father replied, “How the heck should I know? Who is it?”
