"Good morning, how can I help you?"
“Well I have gained a bit of weight” I replied. “I was wondering if there is any exercise routine that you recommend”?
"Yes," he quickly replied. "Stand up, look straight ahead, now move twist your head about 45 degrees to the left side and then within 1 second, twist your head 45 degrees to the right side , repeat this 10 times."
I duly did it and did not think it would help so I questioned the doctor, “How often should I do that exercise”?
