BBC gameshow to be reshot

A blunder is forcing a production company to re-record 26 out of 30 episodes of a brand new BBC quiz show, reports The Mirror.



The news follows the discovery that some of the contestants who took part in the filming of upcoming BBC2 gameshow 'Perfection' were able to see a screen that shouldn't have been visible to them, as it was accidentally showing them the answers.

The quiz show, presented by 'DIY SOS' host Nick Knowles, was originally due to be aired this month, but has had to be postponed to later this year.

All of the show's participants are to be recalled so the quiz can be reshot – without any of them being able to see the answers this time, hopefully.

All the costs incurred by the re-recording of the series will be covered by the show's production company – 12 Yard Productions – at no extra cost for the BBC.
