Now 70s launches on Freeview

Freeview goes back to the seventies, with the launch of a music channel dedicated to the music of the decade



The new Now 70s channel has launched on Freeview channel 78. It is available to viewers between 7am and 10pm every day.

First launched on 27th December 2019 on satellite, the music channel can now be received in around 90% of all UK households via a regular TV aerial. It joins sister channel Now 80s on channel 83, although Now 80s has restricted UK coverage via Freeview.

Meanwhile, Now 90s has now been withdrawn from Freeview.
