Channel 4's cult comedy Catastrophe returned for its second series with an average overnight audience of 780,000 (4.8%) at 10pm on Tuesday night.
This is higher than its launch overnight audience of 680k back in January. Earlier on Channel 4, 24 Hours in A&E brought in 1.71m (8.2%) at 9pm (323k/2.2% on +1).
ITV's Lewis topped Tuesday overall outside soaps despite dropping around 400k viewers from last week, attracting 3.34m (16.0%) at 9pm (258k/1.8%).
BBC One's River dipped by 300k to 2.50m (12.0%) at 9pm. In the same timeslot, Gareth Malone's Naked Choir was seen by 2.10m (10.0%) on BBC Two.
On Channel 5, Dog Rescuers appealed to 1.42m (7.2%) at 8pm, followed by Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's new show How the Other Half Lives with 1.38m (6.6%) at 9pm (158k/1.1%).
BBC Three's Suicide and Me with Professor Green interested 477k (3.0%) at 9pm, after Don't Tell the Bride entertained 595k (3.0%) at 8pm.
On Sky1, Arrow continued with 457k (2.3%) at 8pm, followed by The Moaning of Life with 494k (2.4%) at 9pm.
