All in the name of charity, the celebrity edition of Gogglebox was Channel 4's most watched show last night (October 9).
Featuring the likes of Jamie Dornan, Nick Frost and Geri Halliwell, it attracted an average audience of 3.26 million (16%) at 9pm. A further 515k (3.5%) tuned in on Channel 4+1.
With appearances from Sue Perkins and 5 Seconds of Summer, Alan Carr's Chatty Man pulled in 1.22m (9.5%) at 10.30pm. Earlier that night, The Last Leg was seen by 950k (4.6%).
An average audience of 3.97m (19.8%) - the highest of the evening outside of soaps - saw England win their penultimate UEFA Euro 2016 qualifier on ITV. The match peaked with 4.98 million viewers at 9pm.
Over on BBC One, The One Show attracted 3.78m (21.8%) at 7pm, followed by Would I Lie to You? with 3.39 million (18.4%). Still Open All Hours pulled in 3.06m (14.9%) at 8.30pm, while Charlie Brooker's appearance hosting Have I Got News For You was seen by 3.5m (15.6%) at 9pm.
The Kennedys entertained 1.99m (9.9%) at 9.30pm and The Graham Norton Show rounded things off with 2.88m (23.9%) at 10.45pm.
On BBC Two, Great British Menu attracted 1.97m (11%) at 7pm, Mastermind was seen by 1.72m (8.2%) at 8pm and at 8.30pm, Gardener's World pulled in 2.1m (10.2%).
The Great British Bake Off: Extra Slice played to 2.14m (9.5%) at 9pm, followed by Patagonia: Earth's Secret Paradise with 1.55m (8.5%) at 9.30pm.
Over on Channel 5, Cats Make You Laugh Out Loud 2 attracted 799k (4.5%) at 7pm, while 41 Dogs in a 3-Bed Semi was seen by 1.08m (5.2%) at 8pm.
A triple-bill of NCIS: New Orleans, NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles pulled in 806k (3.8%), 769k (4.7%) and 422k (4.9%), respectively.
