Channel 4's Hunted drops to 1.35m with second episode

Channel 4's Hunted suffered a slight audience drop week-on-week, overnight figures show.

Episode two of the on-the-run reality thriller dropped to 1.35m (6.9%) at 9pm on Thursday night (September 17) - down on the 1.7m who tuned in for last week's premiere.

George Clarke's Amazing Spaces aired to 1.49m (7.7%) at 8pm, while First Dates held steady with 1.15m (8.44%) at 10pm.

Over on ITV, the final of shepherding reality show Flockstars aired to 1.58m (8.4%) at 8.30pm, with 1.63m (8.3%) joining the channel at 9pm for the closing instalment of Stephen Fry in Central America.

BBC One's Who Do You Think You Are? with actress Anne Reid was the best primetime performer outside of soaps, intriguing 4.34m (22.1%) at 9pm.

The One Show secured 3.54m (20.4%) at 7pm, while Gregg Wallace's Eat Well for Less? aired to 3.97m (20.6%) at 8pm - up on last week.

Later in the evening, Question Time returned for its first episode since Jeremy Corbyn was elected leader of the Labour Party, with 2.4m (23.5%) joining the debate from 10.35pm.

Over on BBC Two, Great British Menu led the night for the channel with 1.67m (8.5%) at 7.30pm. Chris Packham's World's Weirdest Events followed with 1.45m (7.5%) at 8pm, while the Danny Baker-penned Cradle to Grave continued with 1.63m (8.2%) at 9pm.

Boy Meets Girl entertained 1.04m (5.4%) at 9.30pm, while Mock the Week followed with 1.04m (6.6%) at 10pm.

Channel 5's Benefits Britain: Life on the Dole interested 757k (3.9%) at 8pm, followed by 1.5m (7.6%) for Celebrity Big Brother at 9pm.

The last instalment of The Special Needs Hotel aired to 573k (3.9%) at 10pm, while Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side picked up 355k (4.4%) at 11pm.

Celebrity Juice was down week-on-week for ITV2, with 454k (3.1%) tuning in at 10pm.
