The BBC One programme appealed to 2.82m (13.9%) in the 9pm hour. Earlier, DIY SOS managed 4.43m (24%).
On BBC Two, Alex Polizzi: Chefs on Trial averaged 747k (4%) from 8pm. Napoleon and The Bin Laden Conspiracy? were watched by 991k (4.9%) and 767k (4.3%) respectively.
ITV's The Cube continued with 2.81m (15.1%) from 8pm. Long Lost Family had 3.65m (18%) afterwards.
On Channel 4, The Auction House averaged 924k (5%) in the 8pm hour, with 24 Hours in A&E drawing 1.54m (7.6%).
Channel 5's Big Brother highlights secured 925k (5.8%) from 10pm.
Earlier in the night, Pets Make You Laugh Out Loud 2 attracted 749k (4.1%) and Firestarter: Caught in the Act was seen by 579k (2.9%).
The multichannels were topped by BBC Three's coverage of the Women's World Cup from 8.30pm, as 1.59m (8.7%) saw England beat Colombia in the group stage.
