Atlantis finalé averages 2.5 million viewers on Saturday

Atlantis bowed out with 2.5 million viewers last night (May 16), according to overnight figures.

The feature-length finale of the BBC One fantasy programme averaged 2.51m (14%) between 7pm and 8.30pm.

Afterwards, The National Lottery: In It to Win It and Casualty treated 2.29m (10.9%) and 4.08m (21.6%) respectively.

On BBC Two, a Dad's Army repeat entertained 1.1m (5.1%) before an airing of Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa managed 1m (5.6%) from 9.20pm.

Britain's Got Talent continued strongly on ITV, earning 9.65m (47%) from 8pm, with 516k (2.7%) catching the show on +1.

Ninja Warrior UK attracted 4.53m (26.6%), and Play to the Whistle aired to 2.39m (12.7%).

On Channel 4, The World's Most Extreme averaged 902k (4.5%) in the 8pm hour. The Hunger Games drew 1.06m (6.6%).

Channel 5's latest Big Brother episode was seen by 693k (3.7%) from 9.20pm. CSI followed with 682k (4.6%).

The multichannels were topped during primetime by ITV2's Britain's Got More Talent, which appealed to 874k (4.7%) from 9.20pm.
