Poldark stayed above 6 million viewers for its third episode on Sunday, overnight data reveals.
The BBC One drama dipped by around 300,000 from last week to an average audience of 6.24m (26.5%) at 9pm.
Earlier, The Big Painting Challenge appealed to 3.63m (19.7%) at 6pm, while Countryfile topped the night overall with 6.38m (29.9%) at 7pm. Antiques Roadshow gathered 5.56m (24.1%) at 8pm, and Match of the Day 2 scored 2.56m (23.6%) at 10.35pm.
On BBC Two, Simon Reeve's Caribbean was seen by 2.14m (9.2%) at 8pm, followed by Louis Theroux's By Reason of Insanity with 1.91m (8.1%) at 9pm and Bluestone 42 with 638k (3.9%) at 10pm.
ITV's The Chase quizzed 3.26m (15.4%) at 6.30pm, followed by Off Their Rockers with 3.25m (14.8%) at 7.30pm (128k/0.5% on +1). All Star Family Fortunes entertained 3.65m (15.7%) at 8pm (115k/0.5%), while Mr Selfridge continued with 3.29m (13.9%) at 9pm (415k/2.7%).
On Channel 4, Great Canal Journeys interested 1.47m (6.4%) at 8pm (196k/0.8%). The latest Indian Summers dipped to 964k (4.1%) at 9pm (281k/1.8%).
Channel 5's showing of Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life thrilled 1.06m (4.8%) at 7pm (117k/0.5%), followed by Alex Cross with 822k (4.2%) at 9pm (136k/1.2%).
On ITVBe, TOWIE's latest episode brought in 515k (3.2%) at 10pm.
