Celebrity Big Brother's latest live eviction was seen by 1.81 million (9.2%) on Channel 5 last night (August 29).

A peak audience of 1.88 million tuned in to see Leslie become the second person to be evicted from the house.

A further 856k (6.6%) stuck around to watch Big Brother's Bit on the Side at 10.30pm.

BBC One's Boomers was Friday's highest-rated show outside of soaps, attracting 3.01 million (14.4%) at 9pm.

It was sandwiched between 2.45 million (11.7%) for Scrappers at 8.30pm and 2.85 million (14.2%) for Big School at 9.30pm.

The One Show and A Question of Sport kicked things off with respective viewing figures of 3.33 million (18.8%) and 2.48 million (13.1%).

Over on ITV, Harbour Lives entertained 2.68 million (13.3%) at 8pm, while Doc Martin was seen by 2.5 million (12.2%) at 9pm.

Young Vets kicked things off for BBC Two with 1.12 million (6.1%) at 7pm. It was followed by 1.76 million (8.8%) for Mastermind and 1.55 million (7.4%) for Sweets Made Simple.

BBC Two's evening peaked with 2.52 million for The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice, while Gardener's World attracted 1.9 million (9.5%) immediately after.

Micky Flanagan: Back in the Game was Channel 4's highest-rated show with 1.18 million (5.7%) at 9pm, narrowly beating The Last Leg with 1.12 million (6.6%) at 10pm.

The latest episode of Million Pound Drop picked up viewing figures of 760k (3.7%) at 8pm.

The second of three Family Guy episodes performed well for the multichannels, reeling in 618k (7.7%) viewers at 11.40pm.
