Game of Thrones rose to over 900,000 viewers on Monday, according to overnight figures.
The fantasy drama attracted 906k (4.2%) at 9pm on Sky Atlantic, its second-highest rating this season.
On BBC One, coverage of the Chelsea Flower Show was seen by 3.7m (17.8%) at 7.30pm. It continued on BBC Two with 2.9m (13.6%) at 8pm.
Later, DIY SOS appealed to 3.7m (17.5%) at 9pm. BBC Two documentary The Battle to Beat Polio intrigued 1.1m (4.9%) at 9pm.
On ITV, Gino's Italian Escape repeat interested 2.5m (11.9%) at 8pm (162k/0.8% on +1), followed by All-New It'll Be Alright on the Night with 3.1m (14.6%) at 9pm (292k/1.9%).
On Channel 4, Britain's Most Extreme Weather brought in 956k (4.5%) at 8pm (103k/0.5%). Bear Grylls's The Island climbed for a third week running to 2.2m (10.4%) at 9pm (284k/1.8%). Man Vs Weird gathered 960k (6.3%) at 10pm (99k/1.3%).
Channel 5's DIY Dummies attracted 613k (2.9%) at 8pm, followed by D-Day's Sunken Secrets with 885k (4.4%) at 9pm.
On BBC Three, Barely Legal Drivers entertained 566k (2.7%) at 9pm. On BBC Four, Only Connect quizzed 594k (2.7%) at 8.30pm, followed by Hinterland with 602k (3.0%) at 9pm.
E4's Made in Chelsea continued with 624k (4.0%) at 10pm (126k/1.5%).
