Last Tango in Halifax bounced back to top the ratings on Tuesday (December 10), overnight data reveals.
Without I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! to battle, the BBC One drama leapt by over 1.2 million viewers to 5.73m (24.6%) at 9pm.
On BBC Two, MasterChef: The Professionals cooked with 2.97m (13.2%) at 8pm, followed by Simon Reeve's Pilgrimage with 1.21m (5.2%) at 9pm. Hebburn amused 879k (4.9%) at 10pm.
ITV's Champions League coverage of Manchester United's win scored 3.91m (17.4%) at 7.30pm.
On Channel 4, Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners intrigued 1.66m (7.4%) at 8pm (292k/1.3% on +1), while Heston's Great Britain was seen by 1.55m (6.7%) at 9pm (235k/1.4%). At 10pm, Masters of Sex continued with 661k (4.2%) for its latest episode (122k/1.5%).
Channel 5's The Mentalist thrilled 1.90m (5.1%) at 9pm (183k/1.1%), followed by Castle with 721k (4.3%) at 10pm.
On BBC Three, Snow, Sex and Suspicious Parents entertained 403k (2.7%) at 9pm. BBC Four documentary Hidden Killers of the Victorian Home appealed to 600k (2.6%) at 9pm.
