The Great British Bake Off dipped by around 350,000 viewers from last week* on Tuesday, overnight data reveals.
The semi-final of the BBC Two competition attracted 5.58 million (21.0%) at 8pm. The Wrong Mans lost 400k for its fourth episode, dropping to 1.89m (7.4%) at 9pm, while The Sarah Millican Programme amused 1.09m (4.4%) at 9.30pm.
On BBC One, DIY SOS: The Big Build interested 4.46m (17.7%) at 8pm, while documentary The Prison Restaurant brought in 1.85m (15.8%) at 10.35pm.
ITV's coverage of England's passage into the 2014 World Cup scored an average 7.90m (32.5%) at 7.30pm.
On Channel 4, Double Your House for Half the Money appealed to 693k (2.6%) at 8pm (112k/0.4%). Masters of Sex was seen by 728k (2.9%) at 9pm (184k/1.1%).
Channel 5's latest episode of CSI thrilled 695k (2.7%) at 9pm, followed by Castle with 647k (3.8%) at 10pm (118k/1.3%).
*Ratings for most evening programmes were depressed due to live coverage of the England game.
