The BBC Two series dipped by 500,000 viewers to 5.35m (21.4%) at 8pm. Later, The Midwives climbed by 400k to 2.15m (8.8%) at 9pm.
On ITV, England's 0-0 draw with Ukraine in the World Cup Qualifiers scored 5.99m (25.5%) at 7.30pm.
BBC One's New Tricks dropped over a million viewers when up against the football, falling to 6.18m (25.2%) at 9pm.
On Channel 4, Double Your House for Half the Money gathered 729k (2.9%) at 8pm (145k/0.6% on +1). The final Top Boy of the series appealed to 697k (2.8%) at 9pm (166k/1.0%).
Channel 5's latest episode of CSI: NY entertained 1.24m (5.0%) at 9pm (267k/1.7%). Celebrity Big Brother appealed to 1.81m (11.0%) at 10pm (121k/1.4%).
On BBC Three, Don't Tell the Bride appealed to 825k (3.4%) at 9pm, followed by Bad Education with 928k (5.1%) at 10pm.
