Ratings: Channel 4 drama 'Run' debuts with 1.3m

Olivia Colman's new Channel 4 drama Run debuted to relatively low ratings on Monday, overnight data reveals.

The first in a four-part series was seen by 1.34 million (7.5%) at 10pm, with a further 121,000 (1.2%) tuning in on +1. Earlier, Undercover Boss interested 1.56m (7.5%) at 9pm (213k/1.2% on +1).

On BBC One, Gregg Wallace's Eat Well for Less cooked up 3.94m (21.5%) at 7pm. Fake Britain was seen by 2.63m (12.5%) at 8.30pm.

Documentary Broken By Battle brought in 1.64m (8.0%) at 9pm, while My £9.50 Holiday gathered 2.65m (18.0%) at 10.45pm.

BBC Two's University Challenge returned to 1.95m (9.8%) at 8pm. Count Arthur Strong's second episode lost over 100k viewers to 802k (3.8%) at 8.30pm. Rick Stein's India was seen by 1.76m (8.5%) at 9pm.

On ITV, Long Lost Family was the most-watched show outside of soaps with 5.42m (25.3%) at 9pm (262k/1.3%). The Dales appealed to 2.95m (14.8%) at 8pm (137k/0.7%).

Channel 5's Gadget Show interested 654k (3.2%) at 8pm, while Extraordinary People was seen by 756k (3.7%) at 9pm.

Big Brother rose to 1.52m (8.5%) at 10pm (173k/1.8%) after Daley was removed from the house. Bit on the Side also climbed to 897k (9.1%) at 11pm (114k/2.4%).

Elsewhere, BBC Four's Only Connect quizzed 889k (4.2%) at 8.30pm, while the most-watched programme on the multichannels was ITV3's repeat of Foyle's War at 9pm with 1.07m (5.5%).
