The final of The Voice UK attracted 7.24m (34.8%) viewers from 7.15pm on Saturday night (June 22), overnight data suggests.
The BBC One show, which saw Andrea Begley score a surprise victory, was up 1.43m on last week's episode and achieved its highest ratings since May 5. It peaked at 8.04m.
ITV aired Celebrity Who Wants to be a Millionaire? at 7.15pm, interested 2.2m (11.2%). The Nation's Favourite Dance Moment followed at 8.15pm with 1.9m (8.9%).
Ratings for US thriller The Americans continued to fall with 900k (4.4%) at 9.45pm, down 200k on last week.
Back on BBC One, Casualty was watched by 4.57m (21.6%) at 9.45pm and Match of the Day pulled in 1.79m (13.9%) at 10.30pm.
BBC Two aired The Many Faces of Helen Mirren from 8pm, with 1.2m (5.6%) tuning in. It was followed by movie Calendar Girls with 1.82m (8.8%) at 9pm.
Channel 4 showed The World's Weirdest Weather to 700k (3.7%) at 7pm and Grand Designs to 800k (3.8%) an hour later. The Million Pound Drop Live was watched by 1.11m (5.2%) at 9pm, after which The Big Dirty List Show: 50 Years of Sex and Music took 400k (3.5%) at 10.45pm.
Elsewhere, The CSI Movie: Revenge had 694k at 7pm and NCIS pulled in 739k (3.4%) at 8.15pm on Channel 5, while the latest episode of Big Brother took 974k (4.5%) at 9.30pm. Big Brother's Bit on the Psych grabbed 466k (3.1%) from 10.30pm.
Match of the Day Live was the highest rated show on the multichannels, picking up 1.64m (7.7%) on BBC Three at 7.30pm. British and Irish Lions Tour also performed well with 1.16m (14%) from 10.30pm on Sky Sports 1.
