Ratings: 'Frankie' drops more viewers on Wednesday evening

Frankie lost a further 700,000 viewers for its third episode on Wednesday evening, overnight data has revealed.

Eve Myles's BBC One drama was seen by 3.35 million (14.5%) at 9pm. However, it had been moved from its usual Tuesday night slot.

The One Show was the highest-rated show outside of news, soaps and sport with 4.01m (20.7%) at 7pm. Later, A Question of Sport attracted 2.03m (15.6%) at 10.35pm.

On BBC Two, Springwatch continued with 2.56m (12.0%) at 7.30pm, while new series Springwatch Unsprung brought in 2.01m (8.9%) at 8.30pm.

New three-part documentary series Iraq War was seen by 963k (4.2%) at 9pm.

ITV's coverage of England's draw with the Republic of Ireland was the highest-rated programme of the night, scoring 5.49m (24.9%) on average from 7.30pm.

On Channel 4, Location, Location, Location attracted 1.40m (6.3%) at 8pm (209k/0.9% on +1). 24 Hours in A&E climbed to 2.29m (9.9%) at 9pm (518k/3.1%), while 10 O'Clock Live was up to 829k (5.0%) at 10pm (215k/2.4%).

Channel 5's Emergency Bikers grabbed 882k (4.0%) at 8pm, while NCIS entertained 1.41m (6.1%) at 9.15pm.

The highest-rated digital programme was ITV2's repeat of Benidorm with 684k (3.0%) at 9.30pm, followed by Britain's Got More Talent with 674k (4.1%) at 10pm.
