Last night's Being Human dipped below the 1 million mark for the first time during its second series, early viewing figures show.The 9pm screening logged 915,000 (3.4%), down slightly from last week's 1.02m (3.6%), but still topped
24, which aired at the same time on Sky1.
The next two episodes of
Day 8 managed 617k (2.3%) and 561k (2.8%) at 9pm and 10pm respectively.
Elsewhere,
Lark Rise To Candleford put in 6.25m (22.6%) for BBC One at 8pm, then the audience dropped to 4.23m (15.6%) during the 9pm screening of
Seven Ages Of Britain.
BBC Two's
The Best of Top Gear grabbed 2.07m (7.5%) during the 8pm hour, then 1.81m (6.7%) watched
The Great Rift: Africa's Wild Heart at 9pm.
The
Dancing On Ice performance show attracted 7.89m (30.5%) to ITV1 between 6.15pm and 8.30pm, then the results show, which saw Tana Ramsay voted off, had 6.39m (24%) at 9.30pm.
Wild At Heart, which aired between the two shows, pulled in 6.68m (24.3%).
Celebrity Come Dine With Me interested 2.32m (8.4%) for Channel 4 at 8pm, then the Julie Walters-fronted
Mo averaged 3.3m (14.2%) between 9pm and 11pm.
Superman III and
Vacancy averaged 1.12m (4.2%) and 1.13m (4.5%) for Five at 6.30pm and 9pm respectively.
Overall, ITV1 came top during primetime with an average share of 24.4% to BBC One's 19.7%. Channel 4 was third with 9.5% (+1: 0.8%), followed by BBC Two with 6.8% and Five's 4.2%.
