Ratings: 'Don't Tell the Bride' climbs to 1.3m on BBC Three

BBC Three's Don't Tell The Bride attracted more than 1.3m viewers on Tuesday evening, while ITV1's new drama The Jury shed 2m, overnight audience data has revealed.

The new series of Don't Tell The Bride stayed hugely popular, tying the knot with 1.33m (5.5%) in the 9pm hour. Later on BBC Three, the Russell Tovey and Sarah Solemani comedy Him & Her picked up 604k (3.7%) from 10.30pm.

On the terrestrials, the second part of ITV1's The Jury welcomed 4.2m (17.4%) in the 9pm hour, down by more than 2m on the previous night's premiere. A further 268k (1.5%) watched on +1. Also in the 9pm slot, new drama Death In Paradise was seen by 4.29m (17.8%) on BBC One.

The Unforgettable Norman Wisdom fetched 3.13m (13.6%) on ITV1 from 7.30pm and 159k (0.7%) on +1. High Stakes had 2.32m (10.3%) in the 8pm hour, but was beaten by Holby City's 5.57m (24.4%) on BBC One. Imagine special Simon & Garfunkel: the Harmony Game enchanted 2.14m (18.6%) on BBC One from 10.45pm.

MasterChef: The Professionals served up 2.36m (10.4%) on BBC Two in the 7pm hour. James May's Man Lab continued with 2m (8.8%) from 8pm and 113k (0.5%) on BBC HD. Dam Busters: The Race to Smash the German Dams captivated 2.23m (9.2%) from 9pm. Later Live With Jools Holland stayed tuneful with 790k (3.9%) from 10pm.

The Food Hospital opened its doors with 1.93m (8.5%) on Channel 4 from 8pm and 210k (0.9%) on +1. Jamie's Great Britain served up 1.73m (7.2%) and 247k (1.4%) on timeshift. Documentary My Transsexual Summer was watched by 1.52m (8.5%) from 10pm and 199k (2.1%) an hour later.

Lost Heroes of World War I took 607k (2.6%) on Channel 5 from 7.30pm. London: The Inside Story drew in 1.04m (4.6%) in the 8pm slot, before CSI: Miami investigated 1.34m (5.5%) from 9pm. Big Brother fetched 1.43m (7.9%) in the 10pm hour.

Overall, BBC One dominated primetime with 22.8% ahead of ITV1's 15% (+1: 0.6%). BBC Two secured third place with 8.4%, followed by Channel 4's 6.7% (+1: 0.9%) and Channel 5's 4.8%.
