BBC One has changed its schedule following news of the earthquake in Japan.
According to What's On TV, the channel will broadcast a special report about the natural disaster.
The programme, which will air at 8.35pm, will be hosted by Sophie Raworth.
It will replace the repeat of QI which was scheduled to fill the slot.
Earlier today, Channel 4 announced that its 7pm news bulletin has been extended by 30 minutes to last a full hour.
