Game of Thrones' season five finale attracted a huge audience for Sky Atlantic on Monday night, overnight data reveals.
The action-packed hour-long episode shocked an average 1.34 million (6.6%) at 9pm, rising from last week's 1.09m.
On E4, the 100th episode of Made in Chelsea failed to attract a significant audience, dipping by around 20,000 to 355,000 (1.7%) at 9pm (168k/1.1% on +1). A special reunion episode hosted by Rick Edwards brought in 258k (1.3%) at 8pm (103k/0.5%).
BBC One's The Met topped the night outside soaps with 3.47m (16.8%) at 9pm, while Stolen Childhoods was seen by 1.88m (9.3%) at 8.30pm.
On BBC Two, 100k House gathered 1.47m (7.4%) at 8pm, followed by Japan: Earth's Enchanted Island with 2.60m (12.6%) at 9pm and Episodes with 922k (5.4%) at 10pm.
ITV's Johnny Kingdom appealed to 2.60m (13.2%) at 8pm, while Sir Ian McKellen comedy Vicious tickled 2.39m (11.5%) at 9pm (129k/0.8%). Jason Manford's It's a Funny Old Week amused 1.22m (6.0%) at 9.30pm.
On Channel 4, Gadget Man entertained 606k (3.0%) at 8.30pm, followed by Escape to the Wild with 1.40m (6.8%) at 9pm (308k/2.0%) and Man Down with 534k (3.2%) at 10pm (100k/1.1%).
Channel 5's Caught on Camera interested 774k (3.9%) at 8pm, while Inside Manchester's Midland Hotel appealed to 875k (4.2%) at 9pm. Big Brother continued with 1.10m (7.2%) at 10pm.
Finally, ITV2's Love Island brought in 382k (1.9%) at 9pm.
